The Division of the Budget has released frequently asked questions and answers concerning government efficiency plans required by 2014 Tax Freeze legislation. The FAQs answer a number of questions that have been outstanding related to counting savings in efficiency plans such as from BOCES services, from leasing a closed school building, and savings attributed to health insurance consortia.
